Any rules adopted to govern planning and advisory services should require full disclosure of conflicts of interest, cover ALL professionals holding themselves out as advisors or planners, and fully disclose all compensation to the advisor. There should be NO exceptions. All advisors who hold then selves out to the public should meet full registration and disclosure requirements.
