Please withdraw your proposed ruling exempting the major brokerage houses from the strict ethical laws that have been mandated for years on the rest of us in the Financial Planning profession.
In these days of scandals in the securities accounting industries, it is totally ridiculous that you would exempt these organizations from protections to the public.
