As a practicing Financial Planner since 1971, I strongly urge you to withdraw this rule. I have worked all these years with this advantage for the representative of Broker Dealers not having to comply with all the regulations covering my professional work. It has and continues to give unfair advantage to this priveleged group. The representatives of these B/Ds should have to adhere to the same rules and regulations as I have.
