I strongly urge you to WITHDRAW this patently abusive rule proposal. It is obviously designed to further enrich the already rich at the expense of the American consumer.
It is in the most shameful spirit of patronage and greed that this rule has been proposed and those of us who understand its implications for the public will fight relentlessly to see it withdrawn.
Please do the right thing and rid our industry of this most recent in a long line of embarrassments. Thank you for your consideration.
