The term financial planning should be inclusive of any term that is so close to financial planning as to cause confusion e.g., financial consultant, advisor, etc..

Financial Planning is a six-step process, and should be defined as such.

Additionally, to really cut to the chase, the Rule should also require THAT ALL FINANCIAL PLANNERS, BROKERS, INSURANCE SALESPERSONS DEALING IN VARIABLE PRODUCT, MUST DISCLOSE ANNUALLY THE AMOUNT AND FORM OF ALL CHARGES CLIENTS PAY.
