I am most opposed to the proposed adverse ruling allowing the Brokers of warehouses to offer financial advise without proper training in the most complex area that pertains to most Americans. Life savings are at stake here and expert, and trusted advice is desperately needed. That requires a deep understanding of a persons life goals which require the placement of this hard earned savings into investments.
I do not find that most brokers are not qualified to be investment advisors , mostly product, commisiion pushers.
