I am a private investor who is very concerned about the rule change under File S-7-25-99.
Im sure that you are aware that there are many slippery salesmen at all brokerage organizations who dont hesitate selling anybody anything. I am 84 years old, and I am very careful about any investments that are offered to me. I am blessed because I have an excellent financial advisor - - who is an experienced, qualified, and licensed financial planner.
Please give special consideration in your decision over the subject rule change to those people that need a competent financial advisor. Thank you HOA
