Since 1985 I have witnessed the horrors investors have been subjected to by the Merrills, SmithBarneys, Morgan Stanleys/Dean Witters of the world. As an independent advisor we have had the task of unwinding these abuses created under the disguise of brokers pretending to be investment advisors.
