I'm an investor in many funds and have used several planners and brokers in the past. I'm opposed to this rule allowing brokers to charge extra fees for "incidental" advice, and not disclose any other sources of compensation.
Please vote to withdraw this rule, and level the playing field for brokers and planners. It's the only sensible thing to do!
