Dear Sirs/Madams

I am pleased to see that you are considering the the rule regarding incidental advice re: brokerage accounts. I strongly encourage you to repeal and not revise the rule.

The consumer deserves a clear delineation between a financial planner and a stock broker. More boilerplate is not a clear delineation. Take a stand and allow the consumer to protect himself with clear outlines as to the services and quality of advice they can expect from their advisor.
