I urge the commission to withdrawal the broker-dealer rule exemption. Having to two standards is not in the best interest of the public. Broker-dealers should be subject to more rules rather than exemptions when it comes to disclosure. Many of my clients are former victims of deceptive broker-dealer tactics and a failure to disclose.
