Dear Mr. Katz:

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed revisions to the EDGAR system to require identification of individual mutual funds by fund name, rather than by their registration status. Our Mosaic Funds complex consists of twelve funds offered by four registrants and, as such, would be affected by this proposal.

Assuming the Commission adopts the proposal, we urge the Commission to complete its efforts at making EDGAR software compliant with Windows XP prior to or contemporaneous with making the changes effective. This proposal represents an opportunity to expedite the end of the current inefficiency of requiring older and separate operating systems for EDGAR purposes than that used by EDGAR filers in their normal business activities.
