Dear Proponents:

I believe that when Americans make a conscious decision to invest discretionary income in their own or their families future well being the government ought to take all possible steps to ensure that investment brokers or retailers provide full and accurate information regarding final costs and any conflicts of interest they might have in that investment.

For many these days, the fear of being taken advantage of has kept them away from the securities marketplace. This fear limits not only their growth but the growth of our country. The world is a very competitive place and we ought to use every tool possible to aid the American investor.

Thank you for this opportunity to provide input into this matter.
