I strongly support the SEC in its efforts to require broker/dealers to fully disclose to purchasers, and sellers, of mutual funds the amount of all costs and fees that effectively reduce the value of the capital investment. I also support the SEC in its efforts to require broker/dealers to fully disclose the amount of benefits they will accrue from a transaction to buy or sell a mutual fund.
