Please consider the fact that I have worked 25 years with my client base. We give a tremendous amount of service and have never collected any fees other than what we receive in 12b1 fees. Clients know of these fees because I tell them that is what enables us to pay the support staff, pay the rent and overhead and clients do understand this.
I am asking that you not make this retroactive on the business that is already on the books. Thank you for your consideration and to the problems that this would bring on the mature clients that need constant hand holding.
