Ithink it is the only fair and ethical thing to do to reveal clearly before an annuity or mutual fund is bought to the buyer the cost of the buy including the commission and other charges whatever they may be called. It is patently deceptive to hide these facts from the investor. I have never been able to get anyone in any insurance company or any agent anywhere to tell me what they were making off of my hard earned money and my labor. This smacks of parasitism...living off someone elses labor and not having the decency to tell them the full details of the relationship.
