I contacted the SEC about mutual fund fees some time ago regarding a fee that was not disclosed on the computer screen at the time of the transaction. In the letter I referenced a particular security. Fidelity has sent me a form for a breakpoint refund. The letter stated that if I purchased the fund at NAV, no breakpoint refund would be given. Would it be possible to obtain the security in the letter I sent and the date. I believe the issue was a penalty a short term trade that was not shown on the screen at the time of the transaction. Please let me know if any recovery is possible in this case. Also, indicate that the breakpoint refund does not apply.
