1. The executive summary indicates the purpose of the new rule is to provide point of sale disclosure to customers about costs and conflicts of interest. While the form provides cost information relevant to potential conflicts of interest, it does not provide information on the other costs, including an estimate of the costs of turnover, that might be found in the prospectus. I think it would be desirable to list all costs on this one sheet.
2. Median. While I agree that the median is a useful statistic, it is not commonly used or understood. Therefore, I wonder what proportion of the readers of this document would understand median versus, for example, average? At the very least a definition ought to appear on the back
