Brokers/dealers should describe the difference betweeen the classes of funds and the costs of purhasing each class and the resulting profit to them.
They should say if they will get a p.m. or incentive for selling any particular fund.Incentives,or other pressure, for selling their own firms funds should not be permitted.

There should be total portability of funds and the account from broker to broker.
