The proposed forms offer significant material information for the retail investor.
As far as changes are concerned, I would like to suggest that a different term than -load- be used in the forms. First, the section in the forms where definitions are presented does not define -load-. Second, -sales fee- is used in some sections which may be more meaningful for the average reader.
