I am writing you to give my full support to the requirements set forth by the proposed new regulations. I would refer you to the argument for this proposal, as set out by Mr. Bogle of Vanguard.
I have been greatly disturbed by the shady dealings within the mutual fund industry and my confidence has been shaken, this rule change will increase my confidence. Thank you for your time.
