It is time to make executive compensation more transparent.
I have an MBA in Finance and have a difficult time determining exactly how much Sr. Executives are compensated.
I suggest the following be reported in annual reports:
Total Compensation for 2006:XXXXXX
Other (including use of company planes, memberships, perks etc.)
As an investor I believe that transpency is key. It should be made easier for anyone who wants to own part of a company to determine what all Sr. Execs are paid.
