Dear Sir or Madam,

My suggestion has to do with stock option grants: recommend companies to disclose the most recent stock option grant.

This would typically apply to companies who's fiscal year is the same as the calendar year and who's annual stock option grant falls within the first quarter. I realize it would be reporting information that applies to a different time period than which the DEF-14A is being filed for but, in the spirit of full disclosure, why not?

For example:
Company A's fiscal year end is 12/31/05.
Company A's 2006 annual stock option grant falls on 2/1/06.
In Company A's DEF-14A to be filed in May 2006, require Company A to disclose options granted in last fiscal year and RECOMMEND Company A to disclose MOST RECENT ANNUAL STOCK OPTION GRANT (the grant which occurred on 2/1/06 in this example).

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
