A brief note to support your action for full disclosure of Executive compensation. For to long there has been too much hidden compensation, perks, gifts, loans, options, stock, privaye use of company resources that have been not been explained to the general investor.
If you want to have a "clean" CEO, Board of Directors, and other highly compensated individuals, it is imperative for full disclouser. I always remenber a pharse that my Parents tought me, " If you don't have anything to hide, you don't have to worry about consequences ".
I submit these comment as both an employee of a organization, and as a private investor. In short, I want to know where and why my hard earned investment dollars are going.
