Transparency of compensation packages should not be limited to the CEO but all highly paid individuals including all board members.
1)Compensation packages include:
b) stock options,including delayed.
c) membership fees in any/all organizations.
d. Fees paid to immediate family members of those identified as highly paid.
e) " Golden Parachutes" paid in event of takeover,layoffs retirement
2) Highly paid individuals are all persons directly employed and indirect individuals (consultants,Sports figures,T.V/Movie etc) receiving compensation that exceeds the company total blue collar average by more than 10 times.
Lets try to better control the" good old boys " network and status quo. Capitalism can work without "GREED"
