Commission Suspends Trading in Securities of Biozoom, Inc.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) announced the temporary suspension pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”), of trading in the securities of Biozoom, Inc. (“Biozoom”), of Kassel, Germany at 9:30 a.m. EDT on June 25, 2013, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 9, 2013.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Biozoom due to a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Biozoom because of concern that that certain Biozoom affiliates and shareholders may have unjustifiably relied upon Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933 (“Securities Act”) and they, Biozoom, and others may be engaged in an unlawful distribution of securities through the OTCBB. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act.

The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to Biozoom’s securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.

ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS

Delinquent Filer’s Stock Registration Revoked: Rx for Africa, Inc

An Administrative Law Judge issued an Order Making Findings and Revoking Registration of Rx for Africa, Inc., (Rx for Africa) (Default Order), in CoreCare Systems, Inc., Admin. Proc. 3-15319 (June 25, 2013). Rx for Africa has securities registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Commission) pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act). It has failed to comply with the Exchange Act and rules thereunder by failing to file required periodic reports with the Commission. Its most recent periodic report was a Form 10-KSB for the period ended March 31, 2007, which reported a net loss of $8,874,351 for the prior year. As of May 3, 2013, the common stock of Rx for Africa was quoted on OTC Link, had six market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback exception” of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3). The Administrative Law Judge found it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to revoke the registration of each class of registered securities of Rx for Africa. INVESTMENT COMPANY ORDERS

ING Investments, LLC, et al.

A notice has been issued giving interested persons until July 19, 2013 to request a hearing on an application filed by ING Investments, LLC, et al., for an order exempting applicants from Section 15(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (Act) and Rule 18f-2 under the Act. The order would supersede a prior order and would permit the applicants to enter into and materially amend subadvisory agreements without shareholder approval and would grant relief from certain disclosure requirements. Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change

A proposed rule change (SR-NYSEMKT-2013-37) filed by NYSE MKT LLC amending its listing standard for Reverse Merger Companies has become effective pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Approval of a Proposed Rule Change

The Commission approved a proposed rule change submitted by NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc. (SR-BX-2013-036) pursuant to Rule 19b-4 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for the permanent approval of a pilot to permit BX options to accept inbound options orders from NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC and NASDAQ Options Market.
