I think that this proposal should be rushed through with lightening speed. The safety of our markets is at stake here as to whether a company can have a 1,2,3 or 4 letter symbol. This must be treated as a priority as the SEC has agreed it will be.
Just kidding guys.
Lets just get this proposal past so that public companies can move from market to market without disruption. The ease in which a company transfers from a market simply accelerates the starting point in which these companies can be manipulated by a new set of players. Of course that action (cleaning up the manipulation) is not a top priority by the SRO's or the SEC.
