Sify Limited, as a foreign private issuer, has been very happy with the various services already offered by NASDAQ Global Market.
As regards the new initiatives,
1. Audio Webcasts - we are not able to understand fully the technology behind it. If found suitable, we may also try use the same.
2. Press Release may be useful only for US issuers only.
3. 8-K Edgar filings are not be applicable to Sify, as a foreign private issuer.
4. It will be useful if our Annual Report is published in NASDAQ site, in addition to our SEC filing.
No comments on other proposed services.
It is also noted that all the above services shall be offered without any additional cost.
We welcome all the new initiatives and our best wishes for the same.
