I SUPPORT Nasdaq's change in fee structure.
I did not support Nasdaq's increase in fees to foreign issuers 3 years ago when the fees were significantly raised from $5,000 to $20,000. Now that we are paying higher fees, this proposal at least allows us to receive some addional free services that will facilitate our ability to broadly disseminate information regarding our corporate performance on a regular basis.
I therefore SUPPORT this proposed change in fee structure.
