We are not opposed to the higher fees proposed by Nasdaq.
Even though WPP is not be subject to the higher fees as ADR issuers, we see no reason why we would otherwise oppose an increase in fees if the company obtained a commensurate level of benefit from specific services that we would otherwise need to obtain and pay to non Nasdaq entities.
