The company I am associated with has a foreign company regestration with the SEC and operates a level 2 ADR program with the Bank of America which includes listing on NASDAQ.
We will not be directly effected by the proposed increase in NASDAQ fees but we would like to take this opportunity to note that we are impressed with the number and quality of the services that NASDAQ make available to NASDAQ listed companies.
We understand we are not obligated, through our listing arrangements, to utilise these services but see a number of these as most competitively presented when compared to other service providers.
