Considering the small investor is already the least respected and most disadvantaged participant in equity investing, how can the SEC allow the "for profit" exchanges to charge us to participate? What if the small investors decided to take "investing holidays" once a month until this quote fee was dropped? The internet can be a superior tool to communicate such an idea, and who knows what momentum such a holiday would carry.

Please get the blood suckers on Wall Street to drop this quote fee. $40 Million for a bonus....to one guy. They could educate all of Appalachia with that money
