Stock investment is for public consumption. The new ruling on data fee will exclude smaller investors, who already in disadvantage position compare to institutions. The new rule is going to make it even harder to get a level field. Small investors also contribute to the U.S. economy in the last few years.
I strongly oppose to the new fee chatge for obtaining data for public interest.
