It has come to my attention the exchanges are starting to charge for quotes in the name of profit. How can we, as little guys, have equal access to the markets to buy and sell stocks when we have to pay a monthly fee just to access quotes? Aren't we at an extreme disadvantage? Isn't the spirit of regulation equal access to quotes? Please review the exchanges new rules for charging fees.
