Re: The $30. fee to be charged for Level II information.
It is a shame to eleminate for the individual small investor who can't afford the right to public information for the sake of a few money-hungry ceo's in the exchanges.
Charles Schwab and Co. is right in their oposition to this money-grabbing scheme. Please listen to them.
If the SCE is truly representing the interest of the small investor, you will reject this without eqivication.
