-I do not think that market prices on the NYSE or any exchange should be subject to charges....for years the NYSE wanted price information in the public eye. As a public service they advocated that market data should be treated as a public good that should be widely available and affordable to ensure market transparency. Now they want to make a buck, and make us small investors pay it
