Subject: File No. SR-CBOE-2006-106

I, as a CBOT member, when purchasing my membership, was also purchasing an interest in the CBOE.
To attempt to change the rules in midstream, as the CBOE sees fit, is entirely illogical and unethical. If it wasnt for the
CBOT providing capital and expertise at its inception, for which my rights as a CBOT member entitle me to, the CBOE would not be where it is today, there would be no CBOE. They are attempting to circumvent their fiduciary obligations and trample on my rights, as an individual, only because it is to their advantage to ignore them.
