To Whom It May Concern:
I am dismayed by the provision in this proposal tha raises the requirements to be an accredited investor. I am one who will be removed from eligibility as an accredited investor.
I worked hard for several years (starting from zero) to reach this status. I can assure you that after investing in the publicly traded securities arena for several years that the risks in investing in private offerings are far less with far more control and judgement by the investor being able to be exercised. I have made far more in private offerings than the public arena and have lost FAR less money there.
I hope you will rethink this proposal. Thank you.
