I am a 70 years old realtor with many years of experience with trading commodities and investing in stocks, so I should be considered a sophisticated investor, whatever my net worth.
I urge the SEC to consider that the new rules proposed merely extend the unfair advantage of the rich in being able to invest in hedge funds, that new rules should be proposed opening up these investments to a wider universe of seasoned investors, or at least, and that if an increase in the limits be established, it should be more modest.
