The US Government does not need to protect "Rich People" from crooks or honest people...
We always "Close the barn doors" after all it's occupants are gone.....

Why do you not TRUST MARKETS....
Spend your time really chasing the sleaze artists and con men... Get Nasty and Get Tough....on them.. not the investing public(..or free markets)...
In making rules, even today, please realize that people do not get $1.0M net worth's by being stupid....or undisciplined...
