Dear SEC,

There is a reason rich people have flocked to hedge funds and that is because they are superior investment vehicles.

For you to use your governmental authority to limit their availability to poor people is the height of arrogance and classiscm.

America was founded on the values of freedom and you are taking away the choice for investors to make their own decisions.

Why don't you focus your efforts on punishing the bad people instead of legislating things that hurt poor people and just help the rich get richer.

What the SEC needs to do is stop regulating the good guys and start punishing the bad guys who break laws.

Thanks,

Michael.
