I support the concept that ANYONE, regardless of the SEC proposed $2.5 Million in assets, should have the opportunity to invest in Hedge Funds (with a broker's recommendation). With an MBA, a retired Navy Officer, and undergrate degrees in physics math, I may not be "sophisticated" by your definition of $2.5 Million in assets, but by having great wealth does not guarantee any more "sophistication.
Your sEC proposal of $2.5 Million is in error and prohibits my opportunity.
