I don't see why you want to limit people to investing in hedge funds if they do not have a networth over $2m. I have an MBA from a top school and can understand risk as well as anyone else, however since I am only going to be worth $1m you are telling me I can't invest my own HARD EARNED MONEY anywhere that I please. Why don't you worry about going after people who break the law instead of trying to make decision for me.
