I am opposed to the proposed rule changes and feel that the rules should be changed in the opposite direction. Anyone should be able to invest in a hedge fund regardless of net worth. There are countless investment opportunities in the market place now that are at least as risky as hedge funds. These investments are open to anyone. Why restrict hedge funds which give investors another option?
