I believe all investor should have equal access to the markets through all available structures. By raising the limit you reduce access even more. Just because an investor has less to invest does not mean they are incapable of understanding and accepting the risks. Small investors should be allowed to diversify and cover the risks with the same tools accorded the wealthy.
