Dear Sir / Madam,
I believe that you must keep existing minimum requirements for high net worth individuals. Raising them is a form of discrimination and goes against the very fabric of this country's underlying foundations.
Infact I believe in completely eliminating these restrictions. At a minimum you should adopt the recommendations made by commissioner Roel Campos. However, I would highly recommend that you adopt suggestions made by Mr. John Mauldin at a Congressional testimony in May of 2003.
