I am a small investor that has been hurt badly by the malicious practice of "naked" short selling over the past decade. Please, stop pretending that this didn't happen. The companies I invested in were devalued, while the large hedge funds reaped massive rewards. Essentially I was robbed over a ten year period. This Regulation SHO Grandfather clause gives them the license to not be held accountable. This is a horrible crime. Please Right this Wrong.
