Electronic filing is the most effective way now an days. It saves time from traveling and it's a hassile free to some people who has tons and tons of paperwork. To me electronic filing is a good idea because computer has become one of the most wide spread electronics in the states. Every bid company has a computer. The only down fall i see from electronic filing are virus, computer brake down, or no access, or even no knowledge on how to work a computer but other than that i believe electronic filing is a good idea.
