I am formally requesting that the GrandFather cause be eliminated. All fail to delivers should be accounted for and the market place should be cleaned up making it a fair playing field for all investors. The SEC and the DTCC should be held accountable for their thieving actions by protecting the crooks and criminals who have been and are still stealing from us investors.
