time for the sec to stop allowing ''grandfathering'' clause to allow thieves to keep the illgotten gains of robbing Americans. It is time to stop naked short selling at the start, not years later. it is time to treat american investors as they should be and enforce the laws. non delivery of stock shares is robbery. plain and simple. stop hiding the theft under the guise of the ''grandfathering '' of past grand larceny, counterfeiting and non delivery of stock shares. time to do that which is right. time to enforce the laws and stop being a puppet sec to the industry that controls you.....or so it seems. time to do what is right.
